From a successful payment to your shipping update, keep each step in one place. Buyers follow their orders in the LiveQast app.

It appears while you are liveThe live console shows the new order as soon as the buyer checks out. It is the same order in your list, marked as ordered during that live.
Card or manual paymentStripe confirms a successful card payment. For bank transfer or cash on delivery, confirm receipt yourself; LiveQast does not collect the cash.
Keep payment status clearSuccessful card payments update automatically. Mark manual payments paid only after receipt. Label purchase requires an eligible paid order.
Add trackingAdd your carrier and tracking details, then mark the order shipped. Buying a label alone does not change fulfilment status.
